You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. The Services are not available to residents of jurisdictions where proprietary trading evaluations are prohibited.

3. Nature of the Services

LebFunded provides simulated trading evaluations and educational tools. All trading activity occurs on demo/simulated accounts. We are not a broker, investment advisor, or financial institution. No real funds are traded by users on our platform.

4. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

5. Fees and Payments

Evaluation fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable except as set out in our Refund Policy. Prices may change at any time without notice.

6. Trading Rules

Users must comply with the trading objectives, risk limits, and prohibited strategies disclosed at purchase (e.g., maximum daily loss, maximum drawdown, prohibited use of expert advisors copying public signals, latency arbitrage, hedging across accounts). Violation of any rule may result in account termination without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including logos, text, graphics, and software — is owned by LebFunded or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: (a) use the Services for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; (c) reverse engineer or scrape the Site; (d) submit fraudulent payment information; or (e) abuse referral or affiliate programs.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not guarantee profits or specific trading outcomes. Past performance does not predict future results.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEBFUNDED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these Terms or suspicious activity. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.

12. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.
