Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy describes the conditions under which LebFunded ("we", "us") may issue refunds for evaluation programs and other services purchased on lebfunded.com.

2. General Rule — Non-Refundable

Evaluation fees are non-refundable once the corresponding trading account credentials have been issued and/or trading activity has commenced, because the service has been delivered.

3. 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If you are a consumer located in a jurisdiction that grants a statutory cooling-off period (e.g., the EU/UK), you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided that you have not started trading on the issued account. By beginning to trade, you expressly waive your right of withdrawal.

4. Eligible Refund Scenarios

  • Duplicate payment for the same order.
  • Charges made due to a technical error on our side that prevented account delivery.
  • Account credentials never delivered within 7 business days of confirmed payment, despite your reasonable attempts to contact support.

5. Non-Eligible Scenarios

  • Failing the evaluation (breach of daily loss, max drawdown, profit target, or any other rule).
  • Change of mind after trading has begun.
  • Loss of access due to lost credentials or user error.
  • Account termination for breach of the Terms of Service or trading rules.
  • Dissatisfaction with broker spreads, slippage, or market conditions.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email support@lebfunded.com within the eligible period with:

  • Your registered email address.
  • Order/transaction ID.
  • Reason for the refund request.

We will review and respond within 5 business days.

7. Refund Method and Timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method when possible. Cryptocurrency payments are refunded in the same coin/network used for the original transaction, at the prevailing market rate. Refunds typically settle within 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider or blockchain network. Network fees may be deducted from the refunded amount.

8. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact support before initiating a chargeback. Unjustified chargebacks may result in immediate suspension of your account and may be reported to fraud-prevention networks.

9. Promotional Purchases

Items purchased with discount codes, promotional credits, or during sales events may be subject to additional restrictions disclosed at the time of purchase.

10. Changes

We may update this Refund Policy at any time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs your order.
